What is My Monster?
The exciting new business venture of children's author Renee Taprell. I will be working in close collaboration with Renee to fulfill her vision of providing quality, fun filled workshops, that introduce children to the fascinating elements of story telling and writing.

The workshops will be aimed at 4 to 12 year olds as we both believe that the love of reading starts well before school. The period between 7 and 12 years of age, when children leap into independent reading, is often referred to as 'The Golden Age of Reading'. Children are keen to devour stories; learn more, be intrigued, and explore new worlds.
Together, with Renee's experience as an early childhood teacher and my unremitting passion to share the joy of creating, writing and reading picture books and children's stories, we hope to encourage children to challenge their imaginations.
We aim to achieve this with creative visual and verbal activities such as idea brainstorming, story board construction, designing picture book dummies, and interactive story telling.
